About
This was a special project that came my way in 2024 and was filmed in 2025. It’s a Dutch-international short film that I supported during pre-production (after the initial location visit), working remotely from Málaga. Directed by Jarne Hagelaars and produced by Kroes Productions.

My Role
I worked as Production Manager on this project, beginning with a location scout in Sitges (Barcelona), where the team and I focused on identifying suitable beach and public-space locations. I managed the full permit process for these areas, coordinating with the Sitges Film Office, the Garraf Film Commission and the Generalitat of Catalonia.
Throughout pre-production I negotiated deals with locations and local providers, oversaw equipment logistics in collaboration with Spanish rental houses, and maintained close communication with all locations during both prep and the shoot to ensure everything ran smoothly.
